Firstly, a warm Hello, my name is Justin. It is important you find the right counsellor and psychotherapist for you. Since the Covid outbreak a lot of my work has moved online, I also work Tuesday mornings from Brighton Consulting Rooms.
I have been practising counselling and psychotherapy since 2012 as well as using online mediums, such as; Whatsapp, Skype, Facetime and Zoom since before the Covid pandemic.
I manage an established, busy and successful private practice and have previously volunteered as a counsellor for a couple of local charities.
I am appropriately insured, I hold BACP Accredited Register Membership. I am affiliated with Harley Therapy - Psychotherapy and Counselling.

Areas of specialisation
- It could be that your personal relationships are not working out as you would like them to.
- You may be feeling; stressed, anxious, confused, angry, aggressive, sad or lonely. Or even that you are not feeling very good or confident about yourself.

How I approach my work with you

About my practice
I utilise elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. As well as drawing upon a panoply of other approaches in counselling and psychotherapy practice. Which include Attachment theory, Transference, Jungian, developments in Neuroscience as well as the Transpersonal.
If spoken words are not enough I offer creative, body-orientated and narrative approaches in working with a wide variety of issues in a way that best fits you as an individual.

* Please be a aware, whilst my fee states £65's I am happy to offer a sliding scale for those who cannot afford my top fee. This is open to discussion. Counselling and therapy are of social Value and I hold spaces for those on much lower incomes and respect individual context. * I only have a limited number of spaces at considerable low cost.
